Service for APS Chargers

To keep your fleet charged and ready for action

For public transport and logistics, a faulty charging process means the vehicle will be stationary. Therefore, the high availability of APS chargers is the focus: Our service level concept ensures high availability of the on-site charging infrastructure through replacement modules and service technicians. Software diagnostics and updates are carried out remotely by our engineers at the Niederbuchsiten site.

Thanks to the high modularity of the APS chargers, faulty modules can easily be replaced by trained technicians in the event of a failure.

We offer specialised support for our entire charging portfolio – from standalone All-in-One Chargers up to the modular Depot Charger and Terminal Charging Systems – to ensure your infrastructure delivers consistent performance year after year.

  • Commissioning & Integration We don't just deliver hardware; we ensure that your infrastructure is correctly installed, configured, and successfully tested with your specific vehicles. We check network protection settings and guarantee seamless communication with your backend (OCPP).
  • First Level Support For prompt support in the event of a fault, our trained local contract partners will ensure repairs are carried out; remote diagnosis via the backend and local spare parts inventory are of central importance in this process.
  • Second Level Support With technical expertise, we support our on-site contractual partners. Furthermore, we monitor the condition of the system in the backend, assist with fault diagnosis, and update the software.
  • Preventative maintenance Predictive maintenance for investment. Trained technicians carry out regular safety inspections (according to local standards) and maintenance on air cooling systems and power electronics to prevent downtime before it occurs.
  • Software lifecycle management Vehicles are evolving, and so are our chargers. We provide firmware updates for the internal controllers (including the Vector vSECC) to ensure ongoing interoperability with new bus/truck models and the latest ISO 15118 standards.
  • Fast response & spare parts We maintain a dedicated stock of critical components on-site and at our Swiss headquarters. In the event of a failure, our aim is to minimise the Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) through rapid diagnosis and immediate parts availability.
